Employee Meal Plan

The goal of this campaign was to make the employee meal plan feel like a no-brainer, easy to access, and understand, noticeable during a busy workday. A common challenge with signage is that it often fades into the background, so I aimed to create something that stood out visually without being overwhelming.

– Quick access to the meal plan
– Trustworthy, honest marketing

Solution & Process:
Throughout the design process, I focused on white space and visual hierarchy to make key info pop without clutter. I kept the message short and direct, using real photos of meals from campus dining to help it feel familiar and authentic. IU’s brand colors and type system added consistency and built trust. I explored multiple layout options to find the right balance between imagery, text, and branding and tested designs across screen sizes to make sure everything stayed clear and readable. The placement of the QR code near the bold “Employee Meal Plan Available” headline made next steps easy and obvious, helping the whole message feel effortless to act on.
